Can we book our stay at Bath Luxury Lets with confidence?

We have been operating self catering accommodation for over 17 years and are members of the Bath Self Catering group and the Professional Association of Self Caterers.  

How can I book my stay at Bath Luxury Lets?

Do you accept longer term lets?

Yes we can offer longer term rentals - please email us at enquiries@bathluxurylets.co.uk for further information.

 

Do you accepts pets?

Unfortunately we do not accept pets in our self catering accommodation.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard and Amex) as well as direct bank transfers.

Do we take a damage deposit?

We generally do not take a damage deposit although we reserve the right to charge this in certain circumstances. We therefore ask that you respect the trust we place in you to look after your holiday accommodation whilst there.  By making a booking you agree to accept responsibility for any damage that may be caused by you or any member of your party. We don’t mind the odd broken plate or glass, but in the event that you do notice damage or items missing in the accommodation please let us know immediately so that we can rectify matters for the next set of guests

What is included in the price of your stay?

All our rates including bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and WIFI. We also provide cots and highchairs free of charge.

Do I need cancellation insurance?

You are not required to have any cancellation insurance but we would recommend it.

When can I arrive at my accommodation and what is the departure time?

You can arrive at your accommodation anytime after 3pm. Departure time at the end of your stay is before 10am.

Is your accommodation suitable for disabled guests?

Unfortunately due to the number of steps within both our properties our self catering accommodation is not suitable for disabled guests.

Do you have WIFI?

Yes each of the Brew House and Walcot Apartment have their own WIFI.

How do I park next to accommodation?

We offer a complimentary parking permit for guests who book direct with us.

How do I get into the city centre?

The city centre is an easy 20 minute walk - there are also bus routes into the centre of town from bus stops close to our self catering accommodation.

Where is the nearest shops?

We have several independent shops in Larkhall (a short walk away) including an excellent butcher and grocer.  Also a 5 minute walk away is a Morrisons supermarket.  There are of course many further shops in the city of Bath which is a 20 minute walk away.

What are the laundry facilities at your accommodation?

We currently do not have laundry facilities but there is a local laundrette if required.
